3.5 oz cream cheese 
2 oz butter 
1 tsp dried basil 
1 tsp dried thyme 
1 tsp dried oregano 
5 dried tomatoes 
5 pitted olives 
2 garlic cloves 
¼ tsp salt 
1 tbsp grated parmesan 

 Cooking process:  

1.Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the cream cheese. Mix until uniformity. 
2.Add crushed dried tomatoes, olives, and dried greens. Season with salt to taste. Stir and cool them for 

20 minutes. 

3.Form six balls from the cooled cheese mass. Roll each ball in a grated parmesan.

10 medium jalapeno peppers 
10 thin bacon slices 
15 oz soft cream cheese 
1 cup grated cheddar 
½ tsp garlic powder 
½ tsp salt 
¼ tsp ground black pepper 
1 tsp olive oil 

 Cooking process:  

1.Preheat the oven to 204°C (400°F). Cover the baking sheet with a foil and grease with olive oil. 
2.Cut the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and peel them. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar, 

garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. 

3.Fill peppers halves with cheese mass. Wrap each pepper into a bacon slice, holding with a toothpick. 
4.Place the peppers on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until bacon crisp.
