CHOCOLATE NUT BALLS

 

SERVINGS: 10 Total Time: 15 minutes + 2 hours for freezing Ingredients:  

½ cup peanut butter 
¼ cup coconut oil 
¼ cup cocoa 
1 tsp ground cinnamon 
1.5 oz baking chocolate 
1 tsp liquid stevia 

 Cooking process:  

1.In a saucepan mix peanut butter, coconut oil, stevia, chocolate, cinnamon and cocoa. Preheat in a 

microwave until liquid. 

2.Pour the mass into the ice or other molds and place to the freezer.

KETO VANILLA FUDGE 

SERVINGS: 10 Total Time: 5 minutes + 1 hour for freezing Ingredients:  

10 tbsp coconut oil 
5 tbsp coconut cream 
10 tbsp cashew butter 
2 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tsp liquid stevia 

 Cooking process:  

1.In a saucepan, melt coconut cream and coconut oil until uniformity. Add vanilla, cashew butter and 

stevia. Mix well. 

2.Pour the mass into container and place to the freezer. Cut into portions.
